Whatever your age, experience or musical style, there’s a group for you.

From complete beginners to future festival headliners, our ensembles bring young musicians together to learn, perform and have fun. Choose from brass and wind bands, orchestras, jazz, rock & pop, music theatre, steel pans, vocal groups and choirs — with music to suit every taste.

Our ensembles are open to all abilities, and you can join as many groups as you’re eligible for. It’s a great way to develop your skills, make friends and enjoy making music together.

Music Centre subscriptions 2026–27

• £60 per term — individual

• £170 per year — individual

• Family rates are available for two or more musicians from the same family.

Your subscription covers all eligible ensembles, so you can get involved in as many as you like.
