LESSONS & INSTRUMENT HIRE
We offer weekly lessons and ensemble rehearsals during term time for players of all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to an instrument, just beginning to find your voice or feel ready to step on stage at Wembley or the Royal Albert Hall, we have opportunities for everybody.
We have singers and instrumentalists from age 5 to 80 taking lessons and have groups for children and young people from 4 to 21. If you'd like more information, follow the links or get in touch.
Learning to play an instrument or singing well is hugely enjoyable and something that enriches all our lives. Whether you are a complete beginner looking to play or sing those first few notes or a more advanced performer looking for help to advance, lessons can be taken during the day in schools or at the music centre in the evenings.

Whatever your instrument or voice, Stockport Music Service can provide tuition in schools or at the music centre. Most pupils we teach have lessons in their school, during the school day.
If we don't offer lessons in your school or there is another reason you can't attend during the school day, you might want to consider having lessons at the music centre.
