When registering your child for a lesson (course) you need to firstly select your child's school. You will then be given a selection of lessons available at the selected school.Â
Select the chosen instrument and add to your basket. Complete the child's details and payers details and submit registration, then click done!
You may also wish to hire an instrument from the music service.
The video below takes you through registering a child for lessons.
The Studyplan is a feature in which teachers can supply extra resources to help your child's learning at home. It can include audio recordings, youtube links, photos, sheet music and much more. See the video below to learn how to access your child's Studyplan.
Don't worry about instrument size, your child's teacher will be able to confirm this with the office.
If you have registered more than one child, but they're not showing on the same account. You may have set up several accounts. If you contact the office (0161 483 7636) they will be able to merge the accounts together for you.
Please note that teachers need to make the chat feature 'two-way' in order for you to be able to respond.
If you have no pending charges on your account, you may not be logged in to the payer's account. It may also be that an invoice hasn't been raised, in this instance you need to contact the music office - 0161 483 7636
When making a payment, please ensure you are logged in under the payers account. You can see who you are logged in on the top right of the page.
Please note: your new child won't show in the top left hand corner until they have been added off the waiting list by SMS.
